Travelling With The Locals

We usually pick the cheapest form of travel we can get.  So today, we headed to a small island off Lombok called Gili Air.  To get their you can take a fast boat or a slow boat.  Guess which one we took!!  The slow boat, and it was overcrowded with locals and their goods.

The cab we took from our hotel to the ferry would only take us so far, we then had a choice to walk or take a horse and cart.  We took the horse and cart.
