Lombok, Indonesia
We flew from Flores to Lombok, a small neighbouring island to Bali. We found a small, lovely hotel called Mata Ano, owned by an American fellow and his Indonesian wife. Mato Ano is located in a residential neighbourhood where mainly expats live. It is a couple blocks from the beach, and just off the main road that travels from the airport to the ferry. We stayed there a couple of nights, we didn't do too much because I was ill with Bali belly!
