Puerto Lopez

After our eventful  bus ride we got off at  the small town of Puerto Lopez.  Our hostal was easy  to find, we settled in, and I fell into bed at 4:30 PM feeling ill and slept for 15 hours.  Hoss met up with people we had met in Quito, and had a delicious fish supper.  The next day I woke up, feeling somewhat better, and eager to see what Puerto Lopez was all about.  It is bigger than Canoa, and has a strong fishing industry.  You can watch the fisherman bring in their nets, and load their haul into trucks.  We walked around, explored the sites, found a couple of great restaurants, and had a great day!
