A Little Town called Riverton

We quite liked the small community of Riverton. It is pretty, filled with holidaying families...the kids are out of school until the end of January...it is summer in NZ. The kids all wear wetsuits...the ocean is not that warm and neither is the air, but that doesn't seem to stop any of the Kiwis!

            This is the ugliest seaweed I have ever seen!  I looks like some creature's guts!   It also stinks!
