Wynyard Quarter, and the Via Duct Harbour, Auckland

This area has been home to the marine and fishing industries for decades, but it is now being redeveloped and is New Zealand's largest urban revitalization project.  It has a large variety of restaurants, cafes, and events. The Via Duct Harbour  has a lovely marina with a massive amount of boats. We loved this area....so relaxing!

                                 The marina is very clean.  There's even a swimming hole.

                                    We walked over a lifting bridge that accommodates tall sail boats.
