A Country Drive

We drove from Nelson, meandering northwards to Golden Bay, which is at the top of the southern island. The drive was spectacular! I was told new Zealand was beautiful, but you really have to see it for yourself.  Pictures do not do it justice! This was an absolutely breathing taking drive that was very curvy and twisty.

This is a pot hole which is very deep!  It is marked because it is on a trail but I am sure many are not! It is not something you want to fall in.
