This army vehicle was only one of many that was traveling on the same road as we were, but our destinations were very different. We were heading to Krakow, Poland and they were heading to the Ukrainian border which is only 250kms away. It gave me a start, and I reflected on how different our lives are from others that lie so close by. As we travel leisurely about, drink our wine with a fine meals, sleep in cozy beds, enjoying our families and friends under the safety of our country, others are living a life I can't imagine. I am so grateful for the passport I hold, and the life that I live. 😢😢 I pray for this war to end!
