Robertson Quay used to be one of the three largest wharfs, on the Singapore River. In the 1800's, the warehouses and wharfs, were built in European and Chinese style. It is currently an urban area filled with restaurants, pubs, cafes, condos, offices, and recreational facilities.
With its eclectic mix of international restaurants and alfresco dining, wine bars, art houses, hotel cafes and high class condos, Robertson Quay has become a popular destination for locals.
