Lamai Beach
The beach of Lamai is extensive! Waves roll in crashing on the shoreline. Once you get beyond that first wave you are okay! Timing is essential...we saw a couple of funny wipeouts!
The beaches on Koh Samui are lovely, but don't hold a candle to Kata, Karon or even Patong on Phuket Island.
