Gorgona Beach

The traffic in Panama can be a gongshow, but on Sundays when everyone is heading back to the city from a weekend at the beach, it is absolutely terrible!!  We decided to leave the car at home and walk to Gorgona Beach which is only a couple of blocks away from our AirBnB.  The beach is beautiful with combinations of white and black sand.  It is usually very quiet with just a few people taking their daily walk.  Today, being Sunday, was a bit busier, and we were surprised at the 3 small beach bars we encountered!
