Australian Hospitality!

We arrived late afternoon in the small town of Augusta, which sits in the southern tip of Western Australia.  We found a small parking lot by the river that also had a popular walking trail for locals.  As I was preparing for supper many people stopped to chat.  Australians are very friendly and are always curious as to where you are from, and where you are going.  We got to chatting with a retired farming couple, and through the course of our discussion they invited us to spend the night at their place.  We were blown over!!  We had not a place as of yet to stay, so we took them up on their offer.  So after our supper and clean-up we headed to their place and spent a lovely evening with an interesting couple.  Our visit continued in the morning exchanging life stories and addresses.  A big thank you to a generous and wonderful couple!!
