Warm Soup

On our return walk from the butterflies, we enjoyed a delicious bowl of warm homemade, mushroom soup, blue tortillas, and chicken tacos to refurbish our energy, and ease our shaky legs!

Maru, and her son Marco run a tour company out of Morelia. It was with them that we booked our trip to the reserve. Maru is a wealth of knowledge and proud of this area as she grew up in the magical town of Angangueo which lies just below the butterfly reserve.

 

                 These shy young lads sang a song for us in hopes of a few shackles.
