During our stay in Margaret River we had the opportunity to visit Pukara Estates who grow olives trees and produce Australia's finest olive oils, balsamic vinegars, and condiments. We tasted several oils and their balsamic vinegar which I am now hooked on! We bought some lemon olive oil and of course their delicious balsamic vinegar. What a yummy place to visit!
