We rented a scooter for a month, and it worked okay for a couple of weeks, until it decided to die. We called Irene from the scooter rental company, and she promptly sent out a mechanic to fix it....you got to love Mexico...the mechanics come to you! The problem was fixed, or so we thought, until it died again a couple of days later. Hector, the mechanic was Johnny-on-the-spot! He got it going again, but we decided to swap it out, and ended up with one that has a bit more power, and a pizza box on the back. We also received a couple of gifts and many apologies for the inconveniences. We're happy campers!
As a gift, of apology, from EZ Ride Scooter Rental we received two beer mugs and a leather riding vest! We were shocked! A huge thank you to Irene, Frank, and Hector!
