Old Delhi is hardly ever at a standstill. The main drag is Chandni Chowk, stretching west from the Red Fort, which is a cacophony of street noise, colour and traffic. It's insanely busy with pedestrians, rickshaws, small motorcycles, cars, cows, horses, wagons, and working people moving heavy loads of product such as rice. Narrow lanes spiderweb off the street, lined with brilliantly colourful bizaars. Honestly, it's a whole new world in these small, narrow, roofed lanes that house a variety of businesses. Old Dehli is old school!
