We usually do a pozole Thursday at a restaurant called Santa Prisca once a season. Pozole is a traditional Mexican hominy soup that is served on Thursdays in this area of Mexico. It is a delicious, but heavy soup that I no longer eat, as it doesn't agree with my digestive system. I usually order the tamales, and of course some tequila.
And the dessert man shows up at the end of our meal! Great timing!
