Perogie Afternoon

My girlfriend, Lynne, finally encouraged me to make some perogies with her and Claude and another couple, Jo and Ken. Having left my perogie dough recipe at home, I was able to wrangle up another one from my friends, Sue and Kathy, who live at Playa Larga, a beach that is about a 10 minute drive from Zihua. We had a fun afternoon of pinching and tasting!

We ended the afternoon with a bag full of perogies for each couple, and layer of flour dust in Claude and Lynne's condo. It was a fun afternoon! And the perogies were delicious! I now have a new perogie dough that I will be using from now on!
