Juan Carlos has been a Zihua friend of ours for many years. This past summer he came to Saskatchewan to visit many of his friends. He stayed with us for a couple of days. He designs and makes beautiful jewelery then sells them at his table in Centro in Zihua.
He kicked off the tourist season with inviting some of his friends to his home and serving everyone his delicious homemade ceviche. We had a wonderful afternoon with great friendship and food! Thank you kindly Juan Carlos for your hospitality and generousity.
