Birds, Trees, Bats

The tree outside our balcony is often visited by the local birds. Its foliage has dropped because it's the dry season, but that's okay because we get to bird watch whenever we are home. I need to get a bird book of Mexico. We also have fruit bats that fly up and down our street shortly after the sun goes down, and are feasting on the mangoes during the evening. And, every morning the caged parrot next door makes sure everyone is awake with its "maw, maw, maw call. There's always something to see and hear!
