Wyatt got to work on his first Christmas gingerbread house! It was fun to watch!
Brave Mom!
Catlin and Jess live on a Cul-de-sac that is full of young families that get along well. Block parties and get togethers occasionally happen. We were so happy to be able to experience the Christmas block party and meet a few more neighbours. Wyatt had a total blast playing with the neighbourhood children, it was so fun to watch!
We attended a 9am party at Mullaloo Park with friends of Jess and Catlin's and their friends and children. What a gorgeous day, and great party at a beautiful park beside the ocean!
Mimosas were served...and yes, alcohol is allowed in all parks! As it should be in Canada!
Our grandchildren attend a daycare school called Talltree, and we were able to attend their Christmas party. Booker will start at Talltree in February.
The swim lessons I have attended with my grandchildren have always been impressive. The swim instructors are all adults and the skills taught are broken down into small steps. Each person who goes through these lessons turn out to be excellent swimmers. Swimming is a huge part of Australian lives.
The older man in the background is in the walking lane. There were a few younger people also walking in this lane. What a great idea!
