Burns Beach

Jess and Catlin took us to a lovely little restaurant for breakfast that lies on the Indian Ocean in an area called Burns Beach which lies north of Mullaloo. We drove part of the way, and walked the rest on a beautiful ocean walkway that was stunning! The morning walk was glorious, and the breakfast was delicious and filling. What a great start to our day!

We love these walking/cycling pathways that line the ocean and sands dunes that lie north and south of Mullaloo.

Pool Time

We have been enjoying the last few days of pool time. It is now fall in Australia, and the evenings will start to cool off as will daytime temperatures. As of yet, the pool water is still quite warm, days are hot, and evenings nice and warm.

Class Time!

The two Grandmas went with Wyatt and his mom, Jess, to a baby sensory class. It's was a wonderful experience for all babies and their parents, and we were the 2 sidekicks enjoying the show! Music, singing, water, and textures, and a wonderful instructor filled the room for a 45 minute class of wonderment for this wee ones.

Food Trucks

Every Sunday evening, Mullaloo, has a food truck extravaganza in one of the parks that is walking distance from Catlin and Jess's house. During the later afternoon for a suppertime meal, many families come out for a lovely evening of food and entertainment while enjoying the great outdoors and warm weather. We always have a great time!
